We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase for all VIP members. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Log into your JustFab account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label provided by our returns portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the return slip, and securely seal the box or mailer with the new label on top.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
